Christianity Explored is for anyone who wants to investigate Christianity informally with a group of other people.
Whether you have previous experience of church, Christians and the bible, or none at all, this course is for you. Everyone is welcome.
Using videos hosted by Rico Tice (left) you are free to say as much or as little as you would like.
Christianity Explored isn't a church service. There's no praying, singing, standing up or kneeling down and you won't be asked to read aloud either. Each week we’ll meet up for coffee, cake and chat. We will watch a short video designed to explain an aspect of Christian belief and to stimulate discussion. Hopefully you'll find it interesting and amusing. The group leader will facilitate discussion, but you don't have to say anything in the group if you don't want to. You are welcome to come and just sit and listen to everyone else.
The course is free - we provide the course resources and there's no pressure, if you feel it isn't for you then you can stop coming without fear of being "chased up".
Starting on September 29th at 7.30pm until 9.00pm, Christianity Explored will run for seven weeks on Monday evenings.
We don't have all the answers but believe that we have exciting news to share about Jesus Christ.
